UCAT score - who is in reach

Figures are on the current UCAT scale of 2700 unless a cell says otherwise.

UCAT score: who is in reach

Find your score, then read the universities listed at or below it. Every figure on this page is on the current UCAT scale out of 2700.

HOW TO USE THIS PAGE

1. Find the band your score falls in. The bands run in fifties. Each band says where it sits on the 2026 national decile table.

2. The universities listed under a band are the ones whose published figure falls IN that band. Everything listed in the bands ABOVE it is also in reach, so read from the top down to your score.

3. Read the "What the figure is" column before you rely on anything. Some schools publish the lowest score they INTERVIEWED, some the lowest they made an OFFER to, and a few publish a MEAN. A mean is not a floor: half the people were below it.

4. A figure marked "converted" started life on the old 3600 scale. It is a guide to where that score stood among that year’s candidates, not an official number.

5. Contextual and widening participation figures are listed separately and marked. If you have a flag, read those rows: the bar is often far lower and at some schools there is none at all.

6. Thresholds move every year with the strength of the field. A score above a published figure is not an offer and a score below it is not a refusal. It tells you where to spend your four choices.

7. The universities at the bottom of each section publish no usable number. That is not the same as having no bar. Several of them are among the hardest to get into.

These are interim boundaries, published while the 2026 cycle is still running. They usually fall by about fifty points when the full table comes out, which moves in the candidate’s favour.

Where these figures come from

Every figure on this page is taken from the three comparison tabs in this workbook and from each university’s own tab, which name the published page or the Freedom of Information response the figure came from. Nothing here is new data. This page only re-sorts what is already in the workbook so that it can be read by score rather than by university name.
